Architectural:
An initial site visit to discuss the scope of the project will determine which services are needed:

Site discovery; measurements & photographic documentation.

Production of drawings documenting existing conditions.

Concept design based on needs, objectives, and constraints.

Optional renderings for clarification or promotional purposes.

Detailed construction documents including plans, elevations, selection of materials, finishes, descriptions, etc.

Permit guidance and processing assistance.

On-site follow up & coordination with contractor & trades-persons until project completion.

Interior Design:
In conjunction with Architectural Services or as a stand alone service Interior Design needs are considered.

Multiple alternative project options are presented

Materials chosen may include fabrics (for curtains, upholstery, cushions etc.); new edition, antique and one of a kind vintage furnishings; decorative lighting; objects and pieces of art; custom-designed rugs, furniture and accessories.

We manage the orders and procurement of materials and furnishings

We coordinate storage and final installation at the site.
